All items are "insured" for loss or damage. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship the item at our expense. DELIVERY TIMES

• You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number within 24-48 hours after the package has been shipped. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your merchandise.
• Keep in mind it may take up to 2 days before the online tracking has updated your package. All shipments are allowed up to 3 business days handling time before being shipped to you. Fedex will give you a shipping time estimate (between 1-10 days) when you order is calculated. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number to ensure efficiency.

OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

• We stock some of our products in Thailand and may be able to arrange shipping to countries "outside of north america" from Thialand. This allows us to keep the shipping costs down for our overseas customers. Please contact us for overseas delivery information.
