Jungle fender flares for the 90-95 4Runner aka Hilux Surf are not “cut-out” fender flares. This is the only style available from Jungle Fender Flares for the model. These are a direct fit meaning that you do not have to cut you fenders at all. If you do cut your fenders to make your wheel wells bigger than these fender flares will no longer fit. I am sorry but we do not offer any cut-out style 4runner fender flares or Hilux fender flares.

So what is the best cut-out fender flare you can use on the rear of 2nd gen 4runner? I want to cut my out for bigger tires and for it to look ok.
