Our fender flares for the 1990 Toyota Hilux Xtra cab are ABS and come pre-painted in black. If you prefer, you could always re-spray them with that spray on rocker panel guard. These fender flares have pre-drilled holes to line up with the factory holes inside your fender, and the kit includes all the mounting hardware and rubber edge trim. I’m looking to put flares on my 1990 xtra cab yota. Looking at either gel coat or rough “rock guard” in black. also how much extra coverage these give? and how much they cover? Type of mounting? Also have you considered doing in “cut-out” style? Thanx for your time
