Jungle Fender Flares now stocks JDM style heavy duty fiberglass fender flares for your 90, 91, 92, 93, 94 and 95 Toyota 4Runner and Hilux Surf. This style was only available from Toyota on very few 4Runners known as “Medalists” and more commonly on the “Hilux Surf” which was another name for the 4Runner outside of North America. Make your Toyota 4Runner look unique like a special import “Widebody Hilux Surf” with these awesome fender flares. These can be purchased directly from our online store. Of course they can also be installed on Hilux Surf trucks. These are fiberglass just like the JDM originals so they are much stronger and heavy duty than any ABS moldings available. As you can see in the photo of the blue Toyota 4Runner below, this is a 6 piece set of wheel arch extensions including the small flares that mount to the front bumper. Our set includes all 6 fender flares and rubber edge trim, but does not include mudflaps or any installation hardware or brackets. These 4Runner or Hilux Surf wheel arch extensions come with a painted black finish but may need repainting as the finish can get warn during shipping.
Please contact us for more information about this product, or see the product page to make a purchase. or get further information.

Installing these fender flares is a great way to deal with Toyota 4Runner rust. We recommend sealing the rust up well to prevent the rust from spreading before installing the fender flares. But you don’t have to spend lots of money at a body shop to deal with the rust either. You can even do an ugly job patching up the fenders since these flares will hide it anyways. If you have very little sheet metal left to attach the flares to, let me know. I do have a recommendation for that also.
Promotion: $40 shipping to Australia for these Toyota 4Runner or Hilux Surf fender flares. Contact us before promotion ends!
Does anyone make a fender flare that sticks out more than 2 inches? I’m looking for about 3-4 inches to protect the side of my truck from the 33 X13.50 tires I’m putting on it tomorrow. It is a 94 4runner 4×4. Thanks, Lee
Do a search for “Icelandic fender flares” for the 90-95 Toyota 4Runner or Hilux Surf. They are really big but shipping might be a problem as the box for these Icelandic fender flares would be so huge and they aren’t usually available in North America. Good luck with it and please let us know if you have any luck getting them to North America.
Just wondering how much for the six piece set and shipping to C0A-1H0 P.E.I.? I have a 95 4runner.
The full 6 piece set of 4Runner fender flares and trim will be $250 plus $50 for shipping to PEI. Please let me know if you have any other questions, or if you are ready for me to email you an invoice.
How much for the 6 piece set shipped to the u.s. ?
Shipping to the US is also $50 for the full set of 6 4Runner fender flares and trim.
is it possible to purchase just 1 driver side front piece from you? do you have any recommendations for where I can find a replacement?
Do you already have Jungle Fender Flares on your Toyota 4Runner? Otherwise, what brand are you trying to find replacements for?
So the flare kit doesn’t come with installation components. Where would I be able to get installation parts? so does these flares fit perfectly with stock running boards.
These just mount with your choice of screws, rivets, or nuts, washers and bolts through the underside of the flare into the inner lip of the fender. On the forward part of the front fenders, the fender tabs are angled upwards so the flares can not reach them. It is possible to just mount them to another part of the fender that is in this location though, as shown here;
You can also just use some metal strapping to reach from the flare to the inner fender tab as shown in this image; (note this image is not actually a 4Runner but does have tabs angled upwards the same)
Again, this is only for the forward area of the front fender flares. The rears and the rest of the fronts just mount straight through.
Okay so do they fit stock running boards and do they
fit directly. Do u guys supply mud flaps?
I want the hilux surf oem look with mud flaps.
Sorry I missed your question about the running boards the first time. First of all, where are you located? The factory Hilux Surf running boards do fit with these fender flares. The factory running boards on a regular North American 4Runner may not fit directly with these fender flares though unless it happens to be the 4Runner Medalist Edition. We do not supply any mudflaps however. I just received some photos of a sweet ’92 4Runner with our fender flares installed. I will get the before and after pics up in the gallery soon, but here is a sneak peak;

Just wondering if you have more of these sets in stock. Cheers

how much to send a set to brisbane australia, the same one as pictured above
Shipping this 6 piece set of Toyota 4Runner fender flares to Australia will be only $40 using the 7-10 business day Airmail service.
Do OEM Hilux Surf Mudflaps line up with the jungle flares front and/ or rear?
Yes, the OEM “flared” mud flaps work and line up with these OEM-style Toyota Hilux Surf fender flares, both front and rear. The OEM mudflaps made for the Hilux Surf without fender flares are different though. Here are pictures of the OEM “flared” mudflaps as well as them installed with fender flares in both the front and the rear. You can see how they well they are integrated.

Hello. I just want to confirm what material these arch extensions are made of. Your website says fiberglass but I’ve read on some forums that they are plastic. Can you please confirm. Thanks.
Some of our models are made of fibreglass and some are made of ABS. Just to confirm, these 1990 – 1995 Toyota 4Runner of Hilux Surf fender flares are definitely constructed of fibreglass and are not available in ABS.
hello, just wondering when you will have more flares for the 4runner in stock. thanks
We should have more Toyota 4Runner Fender Flares in stock by this Tuesday or Wednesday. Please be sure to keep checking the product page.
Went to purchase but noticed your still out of stock. Any idea when more Hilux/4runner flares will be available?
Hello Seth,
I have just updated the website as we do now have more 4Runner/Surf fender flares in stock. Thank you!
Blake
Hi. Wanted to know if 92 4runner flares would be available soon.
Thanks
We do now have more available and I have just updated the website with the new stock.
Hi
Id be interested in a fuul set of flares. Will they fit an 89 surf. If so please send me price shipped to australia
These would not be direct fit for the 1989 Hilux Surf. I have seen photos of these 90-95 Surf flares on an 84-89 Surf/4Runner somewhere on a forum, and it looked great. Unfortunately I can not find the thread now so I really can not say what would be involved in making them fit. If you are interested in trying it out, the full set of fender flares with rubber edge trim will be $250 and shipping to Australia will be $40.
Hi, is it possible to get 1no. single arch flare to replace an existing damaged flare, (rear passenger side) if so what is the cost shipped to Australia?
Thanks.
Hi
Were do you get the OEM “flared” mud flaps from or do you sell them as well.
The flares look great Iam waiting on a new motor and will send a order through soon.
Thanks
Gary
Hi Gary,
We don’t sell the OEM flared mudflaps that fit with these 4Runner / Hilux Surf fender flares. We have found a supplier that does have original second hard ones though. He can be contacted at bbgenuineautoparts (at) hotmail.co.uk (you of course need to replace “at” with @). Good luck with the engine replacement. Are you getting an imported low km Japanese diesel or petrol?
Hello Johnny,
We could provide you with a pair of rear flares for $180 total including shipping to Australia. Sorry but we are not able to get single individual flares. Might not be bad to have a spare around in case the other side gets broken or you could try reselling the extra locally yourself.
Hello,

Can you send me an invoice through paypal for the hilux surf/ 4runner fenderflares? My paypal is: ###@mountaincable.net
I’m having trouble ordering it on your site.
Sorry, but you waited a bit too long after we got them back in stock and they are sold out again. The website should have said “out of stock” after adding it to your cart which would explain why you couldn’t order them. We should have more in stock probably by Monday. Please follow us on Facebook to get updates about when we get more in. This 4Runner model has been very popular lately!
So tomorrow you will have more I’m stock?
