Yes, we ship Ram fender flares flares to Venezuela as well as anywhere else worldwide that the government postal services will offer insurance for (in case of non-delivery). If our Post Office can not offer insurance to a country, than we can not ship there. We ship using the 7-10 business day Airmail service. To fasten these Dodge wheel flares, you basically just hold them in position, and drill through the underside lip of the flare into the inner lip of the fender. Then, you just attach them with the hardware of your choice which could be nuts, washers and bolts, or self-tapping screws, and some people even prefer rivets. Can these be installed without paint?
The Dodge fender flares come primed in a satin/matte black, and many people do install them as they are without further painting. That being said, we can not guarantee the finish as it can get scuff or rub marks in it during shipping.
